MEET OUR TEAM
We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have highly-experienced senior staff, many of whom have been at Little Angels for 10 years or more. All of our senior staff members have at least a Level 3 qualification in childcare. On occasion we take on apprenticeship candidates who are working towards their Level 3 qualification in childcare. It is mandatory for all staff to undergo Paediatric First Aid training and Safeguarding training. We value our staff very highly and we encourage continuous professional development throughout. We do not use temp agencies as we have sufficient staff to cover holidays and absences. This means that you can be sure that you and your child will always see familiar faces at Little Angels.
